Sawnee Ballet Theatre Performs The Nutcracker at SFHS from December 13 – 16, 2012

One of our favorite things to do every year to celebrate the season is to go see The Nutcracker. The Sawnee Ballet Theatre puts on a wonderful performance right here in Forsyth County, Georgia. The Nutcracker will be performed at South Forsyth High School from December 13 – 16, 2012.

The Nutcracker, set to Tchaikovsky’s glorious music, is a heartwarming holiday tradition for every member of the family.

You will be dazzled by a Christmas tree that grows larger than life, a lively battle between soldiers and mice, snow that falls and much more. Sawnee Ballet Theatre’s production of this enchanting full-length ballet brings the magical characters in Clara’s dream to life.

Each year, Artistic Director Joan Kall Stewart brings something new to the performance, and this year is no exception!

The Sawnee Ballet Theatre is also appearing at this weekend’s Cumming Christmas Parade and a few other events.
