magical-nights-of-lights-at-lake-lanier-islandsAs the holidays approach, it’s fun to celebrate by gathering the family in the car and driving around and enjoying the Christmas lights in the area.

One place that is sure to impress is Lake Lanier Islands. In its 21st year, the Annual Magical Nights of Lights is full of lights and entertainment and runs November 15 – December 31. There is a new ice skating rink ($12.00 per person, skates included) and live nativity show (schedule TBD).

Visit Nightly Beginning Friday, November 15 at 5 p.m. through December 31st (Open Late!)

Daily admission to Magical Nights of Lights includes the drive through their sparkling light tour, as well as access to Holiday Village, located at the end of the tour.  Also included with daily admission is access to the live nativity (dates coming soon).  Admission is per vehicle and is based on what the vehicle has the capacity to hold, not the number of passengers. Coupons are available at any of our partner locations: Publix, Chik-fil-A, McDonalds, QT, Audi & Lenny’s Sub Shop. November is also Double Coupon Month for Magical Nights of Lights. See our coupon calendar on the website for more details!

Drive over the magnificent snowflake bridge, down through the 12 days of Christmas, past your classic favorites and all the way to the dancing Holiday House, Santa’s Workshop, Christmas Carnival and more!

Your Magical Nights of Lights journey doesn’t stop with the lights. Our Holiday Village is a must-see for everyone, complete with a bonfire for roasting marshmallows, delicious holiday fare, pony and amusement rides, holiday shopping and much more. Look for that perfect Christmas tree ornament to commemorate your annual visit. And, what holiday spectacle would be complete without a visit with Jolly Old St. Nick? Kids of all ages can take a break from roasting marshmallows and riding ponies to have their photo taken and discuss their holiday wish lists with Santa himself at the Santa Shop. Nominal charges apply to the Santa photos, amusement rides, pony rides and marshmallow roasting.

When planning your trip to experience Magical Nights of Lights, be sure to remember to pack your vehicle full because unlike other holiday driving experiences, you pay by the carload and not per person! Load up the car with up to 9 people and pay just 1 flat price!
