You can pick your own or buy from the stand. It also makes a great background for family photos. I drove by the farm for years when going to work and I am really glad I finally stopped! Now it is a tradition for the girls and I to visit the sunflowers, take pictures and pick their favorites!
The Andersons report that they will open on July 5th and remain open from 7am – 7pm, 7 days a week while the sunflowers are in bloom. They look forward to seeing you on the farm! Also, go follow them on Instagram at AndersonSunflowers.
“The sunflowers are growing! We expect to officially open the farm to the public on July 5th. There will be a $10 entry fee per car. We will also sell the flowers $12 per dozen and $8 per half dozen. Professional photographers are welcome! We do charge $35 per full session and $25 per mini session. You do not have to schedule with us ahead of time, just bring your clients and snap as many photos as you’d like! We will be open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week while they are in bloom. Please keep in mind that the season is short and will probably only last 4-6 weeks, depending on the weather. Keep checking back on our page for updates and photos!
