Saturday, January 17

10:00 am – Nothing Bundt Cakes grand opening celebration at The Collection Forsyth. Free Bundtlets for a Year
for the first 50 Guests with purchase (one bundtlet per month for 12 months.) Special event: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Cake-A-Palooza – Bring the kids and enjoy a sampling of our most popular cake flavors, plus enter to win Free Bundt Cakes for a Year.

10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Michaels KIDS CLUB: Freeze Frame. Make a winter themed picture frame. Ages 3 and up are welcome to this event. See a store associate for details today. $2.00. Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop! Only $2 per child reserves 30 minutes for your creative kid. Sessions starting every half hour from 10:00am – 11:30am. See a store associate to join the fun!

11:00 am – Barnes & Noble story time at The Collection Forsyth. Join us January 17 at 11:00 am for Storytime and activities featuring Hug Machine. This book with humorous illustrations is a wonderful feel-good story, sure to entertain the young and old!

11:15 am – Post Road Library – Saturday Family Storytime at Post. Start your weekend off right at the Post Road library. We’ll have stories, dancing, and fun! This storytime is for children aged 4-8 but bring the whole family!

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Open House for the Barn Buddy Program at Save the Horses. Come meet our horses and our volunteers and learn more about the Original Barn Buddy Program – Where Children and Horses Heal together! The Barn Buddy program’s mission is to facilitate special connections between rescued horses and children that have been adopted or are currently in foster care in a physically and emotionally safe environment. The Barn Buddy program is located at Save the Horses where horses are being rescued, nursed back to health, worked with and eventually adopted out to loving homes. This environment allows for children to develop a bond with an animal they can relate to while making meaning of their own foster/adoption story.

Still Pointe Presents Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs

The event will kick off with free pizza, face painting, a bouncy house, local business exhibitors, raffles and more. Marco’s Pizza of Cumming at 2332 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming GA. Bring a canned food item for admission!
