July 4th Sparks in the Motorsports Park
For those feeling  adventurous, we invite you to come out and spend the 4th celebrating with us at Atlanta Motorsports Park activities include:
10 am Karting is open 8:00 – 8:20 pm Third Super Cross Show
3:30 pm General Parking 9:00 Paratroopers fly in/ Fireworks to follow
4 pm Festivities begin 9:10 – 9:45 AMP triathion  (register here)
4:30 – 4:45 pm First Super Cross Show 10:00 Exit and closure of AMP
7:00 – 7:15 pm Second Super Cross Show
Festivities will include food vendors, crafts, music, activities for the family, dunk tank by Dawson County Republican Party, bouncy houses, snow cones by Rotary Club of Dawson County and more.

Dawsonville Heritage Days July 3rd and 4th
Looking for something to do in Dawson County? Georgia Racing Hall of Fame is hosting Heritage Days in Dawsonville.

Take a step back in time and experience life of days gone by at Dawsonville’s Heritage Days this weekend.

Presented by the Dawsonville Moonshine Distillery and held Friday and Saturday at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, the event will include demonstrations by local blacksmiths, quilters and grain millers, storytelling by volunteers with the Dawson County Library and even a cow or two for the kids to milk.
