Saturday, October 8

10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Michaels KIDS CLUB: Make a clothespin bat! Ages 3 and up are welcome to this event. See a store associate for details today. $2.00. Let your kids explore their creativity while you shop! Only $2 per child reserves 30 minutes for your creative kid. Sessions starting every half hour from 10:00am – 11:30am. See a store associate to join the fun!

11:00 AM – Sharon Forks Library – Sensory Storytime for Children with Special Needs 

11:15 AM – Post Road Library Saturday Family Storytime at Post 

11:00 am – Barnes & Noble at The Collection Forsyth story time – Tek is a caveboy in love with technology. His tablet, video games, phone and TV keep him deep in his cave, glued to his devices, day in and day out. He never sees his friends or family anymore – and his ability to communicate has devolved to just one word: “UGH”! Can anyone in the village convince Tek to unplug and come outside into the big, beautiful world? Join us at Storytime to find out!

2:00 PM – Cumming Library – Fall Family Fun Storytime and Scarecrow Festival  – Celebrate all things Fall with stories, activities and crafts at this storytime for all ages. After the program, visit the Storywalk in the Library’s Secret Garden featuring the book, Pumpkin Town! or, Nothing is Better and Worse than Pumpkins by Katie McKy. While visiting the garden, vote for your favorite scarecrow during our Third Annual Scarecrow Festival. This is a family program and all ages are welcome to attend.  No registration is required.

Warbington Farms – Their fall season runs September 17 – November 12, 2016. Join them on the farm for our corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayrides to feed the cows, and all our Fun Park activities. We will be open September 28 from 10am-3pm for Forsyth County Fall Break! Fall Hours: Friday & Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Visit their Facebook for updates, contests and more! $10 Per person (includes Fun Park Admission AND Corn Maze) Price does not include tax, under three free. Senior Citizen discount available.
