6:30 am – 10:30 am – Cumming Farmers Market at the Cumming Fairgrounds parking lot on Castleberry Road in Cumming, GA. Please visit their Facebook page to get more information about locally produced vegetables, meat, baked goods, honey, soaps, flowers, art, woodworking and so much more! Open Saturdays and Wednesdays during the summer season.

8:00 am – 1:00 pm – Shore Sweep – The Lake Lanier Association, City of Cumming, Forsyth County and Keep Forsyth County Beautiful needs your help this Saturday, September 23rd from 8am – 1pm. Our common goal is to “sweep the shores” of Lake Lanier and its tributaries. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Michaels Kids Club Event: Make a craft stick characters! Let the kids craft while you shop, and then they get to take their creativity home with them! Just $2 per 30-minute session – including supplies. Ages 3 & up welcome!

11:00 am – Barnes & Noble at The Collection Forsyth – Big Words for Little Geniuses story time – In this clever picture book by James and Sue Patterson, each letter of the alphabet provides an impressive new word for children to learn. Join us for this special Storytime, with activities to follow.

Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze sponsored by the Georgia Foresty Association. This years’ design features some of Georgia’s happy wildlife neslted into their forest home! Uncle Shuck’s Maze is a 12 acre field of corn that has approximately 4 miles of trails, twisting and turning, and sometimes, coming to a deadend! Opening weekend is Sept. 9-10, 2017, come and kick off this year’s fall season. The corn maze and fall fun will be OPEN:
Saturday, 9/9 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
