9:00 am – 3:00 pm – Creekside Methodist Church Holiday Showcase – Come shop the 17th annual Creekside MOPS Holiday Showcase! Over 70 vendors offering hoiday gift shopping have joined us this year to offer some amazing products. Vendors accepted are both crafters and direct sales companies, product catagories are limited to offer our shoppers a variety of unique shopping options. Get your shoppping done for the holidays, indulge in sweet treats from our bake sale, and enjoy lunch from our Holiday Cafe on Saturday! Free fundraiser for Creekside UMC’s MOPS (Mother’s of Preschoolers) Ministry. Free to enter!

9:00 am – 1:00 pm – Forsyth County Recycling Event at the Cumming Fairgrounds. Come help us keep the Earth clean by dropping off your old Computers, Printers, Monitors, TV’s, Laptops, Cell Phones, Tablets, etc. $5 donation requested, an additional charge of $20 per TV and $10 per CRT.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm – First Baptist Church in Cumming – Fall Festival. Fall Festival featuring 80 vendors of arts & crafts booths and family fun! Handmade items, gifts, artwork and antiques. Breakfast, lunch and bake sale!

10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Michaels Kids Club Event: Make Christmas painted rocks! Let the kids craft while you shop, and then they get to take their creativity home with them! Just $2 per 30-minute session – including supplies. Ages 3 & up welcome!

11:00 am – Barnes & Noble at The Collection Forsyth – Story time – Our favorite curmudgeonly bear now shares his home with not only his four geese, but three rowdy mice, too! Fed up with their shenanigans, Bruce sets off to find a rodent-free household. As usual, nothing goes quite according to plan. Join us for this hilarious Storytime that is sure to keep kids giggling.

11:15 am – Post Road Library  Saturday Family Storytime at Post

5:30 pm – Free movie at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater – Emoji Movie – bring the family to Alpharetta, Georgia for a free outdoor movie showing of The Emoji Movie. Saturday, 11/4, free Movies in the Park in the covered Verizon Amphitheatre in North Fulton. (Rain or shine) Sponsored by Northside Hospital and Southern Outdoor Cinema. Gates open at 5:30 with free face painting. The Emoji Movie will be shown around 6:50pm on a huge movie screen. Free admission & free parking. Seating is available, so no need to bring chairs.

Sunday, November 5

5:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Cumming Baptist Church Fall Festival – Please join us for our Fall Festival on November 5th from 5:00-7:30pm! We will have food, games, inflatables, hay rides, door prizes, and more! Serving hot dogs for supper – no charge 🙂

Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze sponsored by the Georgia Foresty Association. This years’ design features some of Georgia’s happy wildlife neslted into their forest home! Uncle Shuck’s Maze is a 12 acre field of corn that has approximately 4 miles of trails, twisting and turning, and sometimes, coming to a deadend! Opening weekend is Sept. 9-10, 2017, come and kick off this year’s fall season. The corn maze and fall fun will be OPEN:
Saturday, 9/9 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, 9/10 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
