Happy House in Cumming, 5455 Young Deer Dr Cumming GA 30041. The Christmas lights are on daily from 6pm until 10pm from now til January 1. Happy House has 100,000 + lights and named Happy House by the children in the neighborhood. No fancy music or wild flashing lights more like an Old Fashioned Christmas enjoyed by young and old.

Canton Christmas Light Show

Holiday Lights at Veterans Park, 7345 Cumming Highway, Canton, GA 30115. The new park in Cherokee Co. on Highway 20 North side just outside Forsyth has an unbelievable one million lights display. It’s $20 a car load! Nightly at 6:00 pm through January 6, 2018.

The show is free and any donations will benefit KARE for Kids. A local non profit that gives local children in need the Christmas they deserve. Located at 173 Aplomado Lane West, Dawsonville, GA 30534. The show will run, but may be turned off in heavy rain.

The Soroka Family Lights has over 16,000 lights with 176 Channels synchronized to your favorite Christmas songs.  Tune to Channel 103.1 FM.  Light show starts at dusk and goes until 10pm.  Always adding more lights and songs up till Christmas.  Need to add another 4,000 lights so we can get over 20,000 this year.  The show may be off during heavy rains.  Located in Forest Brooke subdivision just a mile west of Ga 400 exit 13 located at 5460 Sandstone Ct. Twenty First Annual Magical Nights of Lights at Lake Lanier Islands 2013

2012 Christmas Light Show in Forsyth County, GA – Blink Midwinter

Blink Midwinter is scheduled to begin Thanksgiving night – November 22, 2012 at 5:30 pm. The light show will run daily from 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Sunday – Thursdays and 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm on Friday – Saturdays. Please check their website and Facebook page for updates.

9:00 am – 2nd Annual Jingle Jog 5K – Cumming Town Center, Market Place Blvd. – This fun race will start at Cumming Town Center on Marketplace Boulevard in Cumming, GA, travel east down Mary Alice Park Road and loop bringing you back to Cumming Town Center. The Jingle Jog is a chip timed race, with water stops along the way, with a fantastic participant package and a festive event shirt.   It is also a Peachtree Road Race qualifier!

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Home Depot craft snowman napkin holders – make a special holiday gift for someone you love.

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Chef & Fatman Cooking Show at Kinsey Family Farm– Join us for a cooking demonstration as Executive Chef Fred Genovese and the “Fat Man” Kevin Jenkins host their Talk Radio 1160 cooking show from the Kinsey Family Farm barn! Laugh at the Fat Man’s humor and delight in the skills of the Chef, and try free samples of their recipes while  you and your family enjoy the scenery!  And if you you are still hungry after the show there is hot chocolate then roast a few old fashioned marshmallows over the fire just outside our barn!

1 PM – 5 PM  Complimentary Photos with Santa and Horse Drawn Carriage Rides – The Avenue Forsyth on Saturdays through 12/17. Bring your camera! Enjoy complimentary photos with Santa in The Park near Coldwater Creek and Horse Drawn Carriage Rides every Saturday from from November 26 – December 17.

3:30 – 4:30 pm – Cumming Christmas Parade – celebrate the holiday season by watching a parade with Santa and lots of community groups march down Market Place Blvd.

4:30 – 6:30 pm – Celebration of Lights at Northside Hospital – Forsyth. Bring your family and friends and enjoy entertainment from local groups and schools, photos with Santa Claus and many other activities for the kids. WSB-TV anchor Fred Blankenship will serve as emcee. Christmas trees will be lit in Atlanta, Alpharetta and Cumming, with lights on the trees representing those who have been affected by cancer.

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Hampton Park Library – Family Cinema free movie.

3:30 pm – 6:00 pm – SAFFT Hope for the Holidays open house. Join us December 4, 2011 from 3:30-6:00pm and see the impact SAFFT is making in our community. The event includes:

– Kids Crafts
– Pictures With Santa
– Tree Giveaways
– Caroling
– Marshmallow Roasting
– Christmas Shopping
– SAFFT House Lighting @ 6pm

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Adventure Kids Christmas Fun – Cookie decorating, reindeer food making, & fun!!! Join us as we kick off our Toys for Tots drive too!!! Bring a camera for photo ops & there is no extra charge for the special activities!!!! Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at 4:00 pm! $5 play all day!

The Christmas in Cumming Light Show starts Thanksgiving Night and runs daily at 5:30 pm – on. Mark your calendar and make plans to enjoy the show sometime this season. Bigger than ever with 250,000 lights on 6 houses.
