Friday, October 28

4:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Chattahoochee Elementary Fall Festival – Chattahoochee Elementary School is having a Fall Festival on Friday, Oct 28th from 4:30-7pm. The event is open to the public. We will have Food trucks, Fire Department, Inflatables, Carnival Games, Cake Walk, Hero Dog Rescue with Adoptions, Local Vendors, Face Painting and more! The cost is $15/wristband. The wristbands allow unlimited access to the games (excluding cake walk), inflatables, and most activities. Parents & children under 3 are free.

5:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Food Truck Friday! Join the Otwell Middle School Bulldogs for food trucks, fun & entertainment. All profits will be donated to Otwell and used for needed renovations & upgrades. Something for everyone; burgers, BBQ, Indian and more*. Bring family & friends for great food and enjoy the night or head over for the Central varsity football game. *HAPPY BELLY, SWEET AUBURN BBQ, BOLLYWOOD ZING AND KING OF POPS. Saturday, October 29

11:00 am – Barnes & Noble at The Collection Forsyth story time – From the #1 New York Times bestselling team of Laura Numeroff and Felicia Bond comes the ninth picture book in the blockbuster ‘If You Give …’ series, one of the most beloved children’s series of all time. With its spare, rhythmic text and circular tale, If You Give a Mouse a Brownie is perfect for beginning readers and Storytime. Activities to follow.

11:15 AM – Post Road Library – Saturday Family Storytime at Post – Trick or Treat Storytime! 

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Trunk or Treat at Warbington Farms – Come trick-or-treat in a safe environment while enjoying a crisp fall day on the farm. Walk from trunk to trunk of vehicles filled with spooks and surprises! Plenty of candy for everyone! Event is free with fun park admission ($10) which also includes Corn Maze, hayride, petting zoo, jumbo pillow, corn crib, slides, swings & more activities. Come dressed in costume and receive $1 off admission (adults & children). Purchase tickets at ticket booth the day of.

4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Boo Bash Trick or Treating at North Georgia Outlets. Join the spooktacular fun at the 2nd Annual BOO BASH & Trick-or-Treating event on Saturday, October 29th from 4pm- 7pm. DJ Crazy Mike will be playing the tunes in the Gazebo along with the FREE Halloween Photo Booth, games and treats for kids 12 and under. Pick up a list of participating Trick-or-Treat stores at Guest Services. Please note anyone over the age of 18 may not wear a Halloween mask on property.

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Fall Family Party at The Collection Forsyth – Halloween Family Fun – Face Paint & Trick or Treating!

5:00 pm – CFUMC Night in the Patch on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 5:00 pm on the CFUMC field.

Sunday, October 30

4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Trunk or Treat and Fall Festival at Christ Community Church. Our Fall Festival is coming on October 30th, from 4-6:30PM! It will feature a sports-themed trunk or treat, a tailgating atmosphere, a “Cook Your Butt Off” Boston Butt BBQ contest, games, and lots of fun and fellowship. Watch this space for more details. 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Vickery Village Trunk or Treat – Vickery Village, 5855 South Vickery Street, Cumming GA 30040. Free Admission and Open to the Community. Bring the whole family for a safe night of fun and games. Fill your bag with the best candy and get a free photo in our photo booth. Food and drink specials provided by Vickery Village restaurants.

6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – TrunkRTreat Forsyth is safe, family-friendly community event in Cumming, GA. Pony rides, giveaways, food from the largest grill in Forsyth County, games, tons of candy, and did we mention it’s all FREE?!? Spread the word and join us on Sunday October 30th from 6-8PM at the Highlands Church Parking lot.

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Trunk or Treat at Freedom Tabernacle on Freedom Parkway.


Warbington Farms – Their fall season runs September 17 – November 12, 2016. Join them on the farm for our corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayrides to feed the cows, and all our Fun Park activities. We will be open September 28 from 10am-3pm for Forsyth County Fall Break! Fall Hours: Friday & Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Visit their Facebook for updates, contests and more! $10 Per person (includes Fun Park Admission AND Corn Maze) Price does not include tax, under three free. Senior Citizen discount available.

7:00 pm – “Annie: The Musical” presented by the Otwell Middle School drama department, will be at 7 p.m. March 25 and at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. March 26 at the Forsyth Central High auditorium. Tickets are $5 in advance, $7 at the door.

Saturday, 3/26

8:00 am  – CASA Superhero fun run/5k – CASA trains volunteers to be the voice of abused and neglected children in Forsyth County. Wear superhero costumer and you could win an award! Fowler Park – $25 per person advance, $30 per person on race day.

10:00 am – Lowe’s Build and Grow – Fortune Teller – This kit is fun for the whole family! Ask a question, shake up the kit and look inside for the answer!

11:00 am Barnes & Noble at The Avenues Forsyth story time – Join us as we follow Harold on his journey with his favorite crayon. Great for kids ages 5 and under.

1:00 pm Lunafest – short film festival by, for and about women. Hosted by Faith’s House, a local nonprofit, and held at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Come see and share women’s stories and enjoy concessions, a silent auction and door prizes for a great cause. $10 tickets.
