8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Tire Rack Street Survival – Cumming Fairgrounds – Real world. Hands on.
When your teen driver attends a Street Survival school, we teach them to control your car in unpredictable situations based on its handling limits. They master the application of driving physics using their car. They learn how to make good driving decisions and react more quickly. They become more aware and learn how to begin anticipating the actions of other drivers. The Tire Rack Street Survival school is designed to equip your child with valuable driving skills that will help keep them safe on the road. You are encouraged to spend the day with your student. You will be able to attend the classroom portion while instructors are teaching the students. The instructors will be available throughout the day to answer questions you might have about the course events your son or daughter are going through. The course is $95. The schedule varies at each location slightly, but it’s a full day. Get organized for 2018 in our hands-on Workshop where you and your child can assemble a wooden block calendar to kick off the new year. Useful year-round, the block calendar is perfect for a tabletop display. Once the calendar construction is complete, your child can decorate it with paint and stickers. All Kids Workshop attendees must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last. It’s Christmas Eve and River Rose wants to stay up all night to hand-deliver a note to Santa, but she and her dog fall asleep only to find they’ve been swept off on another magical adventure. 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Grinch Candy Cane Hunt at Warbington Farms Help! The Grinch has discovered that Santa’s elves have hidden candy canes at one of their favorite places….Warbington Farms. He’s planning on finding them and turning them green! Please help us find them all before it’s too late!

The event is 3:00-7:00 but Santa Pop will be at farm from 4-7 and Candy Cane Hunts will be at 4:15 and 5:15. *We suggest arriving at farm at least ten minutes before each hunt to allow time to park, pay, and get to hunt.

2:30 pm – The Cumming Library – Hampstead Stage presents A Christmas Carol – Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is a timeless story with a universal message about the true spirit of the holiday season and the importance of friends and family. HSC’s adaptation follows the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge and his clerk, Bob Cratchit, during a particularly difficult Christmas time. Through visits from three spirits, Scrooge learns the true meaning of helping his fellow man, and that there is no time like the present to become a better person. No registration required. Christmas in Castille – Opens November 30! The light show runs Thursday – Saturdays from 6-9pm until December 23rd. Turn your radio dial to 89.9 and enjoy the Christmas lights on this magical street. 4220 Tivoli Way, Alpharetta, GA. The light show is free and they are taking donations for a local charity through the West Forsyth DECA Club.

If you would like some quality time with your family please feel free to come out and join us! The 2017 Christmas season will be in operation from Saturday, November 18th until December 20th. Due to our desire to celebrate the holidays with our own families we will not be open on Thanksgiving day or Christmas Eve.

Through their services to the community, they are changing lives in Forsyth County, Georgia.

Pick strawberries at Warbington Farms! The 2017 strawberry season is in full swing!  Strawberry season usually runs till second week of June. Price is $14 (plus tax) for U-Pick and $16 (plus tax) for Pre-Picked. We provide the buckets and do not allow outside containers in the field. Beginning August 4 until September 5, the hours will be Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Mondays the spray pad is closed for maintenance, and on Sundays the venue is available for private rentals only. Daily admission for the spray pad is $2 per person (one year old and up). Annual individual passes are available for $30 and annual family passes are available for $60. Private rentals are $200 and include exclusive use of the spray pad and pavilion for two hours.
