11:00 am – 3:00 pm – The Vickery Village Farmers Market is here for its second year! This farmers market is one of few in which the produce is truly farm fresh … wherein the farmer is the grower. 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Brookwood Farmers Market at Caney Creek Preserve. Family Friendly Activities, Entertainment, and over 30 Vendors!!! Check also their Facebook page for updates. They have fun activities for kids!

6:00 pm – Teen Book Club at Barnes & Noble. Join a group of your peers for a riveting discussion of some of the latest teen books. At each meeting the participants choose the next book. Find out soon what we will read next. What will you pick?

10:00 am – 5:00 pm – Mutts & More Festival at Rucker Pet, Keith Bridge Road, Cumming, GA. Kids activities, vendors, shopping, food, music, dog shows, low cost vaccinations, Forsyth County K-9 demonstrations, Dixie Dock Dogs, pet adoptions and more. Benefit for the Humane Society of Forsyth County!

10:00 am – 7:00 pm – The spray pad is open at Old Atlanta Park in Cumming, GA!

10:00 am – Lowe’s Build and GrowThe dragons are flying into Lowe’s this month! Bring your child to Lowe’s and they can build Toothless! DreamWorks How To Train Your Dragon 2 in theaters June 13th.

10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Michaels Kids Club Event: Father’s Day wood frame. Create some picture perfect fun for Dad. Just $2 per 30-minute session – including supplies. Ages 3 & up welcome!

11:00 am Barnes & Noble story time. Father’s Day story time. Join us in celebrating hardworking dads on June 14 at 11:00 am for Father’s Day Storytime featuring Mighty Dads. Includes activities and a Father’s Day card-making craft.

11:00 am – North Georgia Quarter Midget Kids Racing – Cumming Fairgrounds. That is what you will find at the Bill Thomas Raceway located at the Cumming Fairgrounds, home of the North Georgia Quarter Midget Racing Association (NGQMA). Saturdays between March and November, you will find boys and girls, ages 5-16, take to the track, pedal to the metal. Race on over for some wheel to wheel action!  Admission is always free and concessions are available.
